These Terms of Service apply to your use of aminaboutique.shop (the "website") and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. They should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Using the website
You may use the website to browse and buy our products for personal use. You must not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or to an account, where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Products, descriptions, sizing and colours
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Product pages include the information available to us, such as fabric composition, fit notes and care instructions.
Sizes are listed as they are labelled for each product, and labelling can differ between styles. Please check the size options on each product page, and contact us before ordering if you need help choosing.
Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. If an item you receive does not match its description, you have the rights set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include any VAT that applies, and the total payable, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard UK delivery is free.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund any payment for that item in full.
We check prices carefully, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you, and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our Shopify checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Our Payment Policy gives more detail.
6. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order takes place, and a contract is formed, when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your address, or there is an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and will not charge you, or we will refund any amount already taken in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery details, including what to do about delays, missing parcels and damaged deliveries, are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. Goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to a person or place you nominated.
8. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order and return goods as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. This includes your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, our longer 30-day return request window from delivery, and your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
9. Your consumer rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights include those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For impartial advice about your consumer rights, you can contact Citizens Advice or, in Northern Ireland, Consumerline.
10. Intellectual property
The Amina Boutique name, logo, website design, text written by us and our original graphics belong to us or are used with permission. Product photographs and product names may belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you must not copy, reproduce or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Our responsibility for loss or damage
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was made.
We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use them for commercial or business purposes, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received.
12. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the version published on the website when you placed it.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts, and you continue to benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the law where you live. If you have a concern, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
