All prices on our website are shown, and all payments are taken, in pounds sterling (GBP, £).

How payments are processed
Payments are processed through our secure Shopify checkout and the payment provider for the method you choose. Your payment details are entered on the checkout page and sent securely to the provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised when you place your order. Depending on the payment method and our checkout settings, the payment is collected at that point or when your order is accepted for dispatch. You will never be charged more than the order total shown at checkout. If we cannot accept your order, we will cancel any authorisation or refund any amount already collected in full.
Prices, VAT and your order total
Prices include any VAT that applies. Standard UK delivery is free. Your final total, including any discount you apply, is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order. We will not insist on store credit where you are entitled to a refund of your money. For return and refund timings, see our Return and Refund Policy. Once we have processed a refund, your bank or card provider may take a few additional working days to show it in your account.
